Welcome to the brand new book review site, Fictioinal Distraction. We're just three friends who have the same love of literature and want to share that love, with you. We've read some incredible books so far this year, some have been the same (we have very similar tastes) where as others, have not.

As you can see with our layout there are book covers featured in the header, these will change. Any book cover you see featured are books that are going to be reviewed. You could see up to 15 different books featured at a time...and since we're just getting started expect to see a lot up there, for the time being.

So now you know some of the reviews that will be done for the month of September are as follows:

A Beautiful Dark by Jocelyn Davies
Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi
Bleeding Hearts by Alyxandra Harvey
Fateful by Claudia Gray
The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
Break by Hannah Moskowitz
Cold Kiss by Amy Garvey
Fracture by Megan Miranda
Glow by Amy Kathleen Ryan
The Power of Six by Pittacus Lore
The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson
Wither by Lauren DeStefano
Enclave by Ann Aguirre

And those are just my reviews. I'm not sure what the other two have up their sleeves at the time being, September is a busy month for them. Whereas I have plenty of time to read so I'm taking advantage of it :)

We hope you enjoy what we have to say, and who knows, maybe we'll convince you to read a book...or two...or three...or...well, you get the idea! ;)

Also, we're trying to figure out how we're going to be reviewing books, mainly books in a series. There are some series we all want the opportunity to do, such as The Iron Fey, The Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices...etc. So expect to see reviews from those popular series as soon as we have it all worked out. (I'm petitioning to review 'Summer's Crossing' by Julie Kagawa. It's Puck and out of the three of us, I'm the only Puck fan, only seems fair...right?)
